Cape Cod Tileworks

Cape Cod Tileworks was established in 1994 after Tom and Lane moved to the Cape from Westport Connecticut, where they had been the owners of Westport Tile and Design for 10 Years. Tom is a second generation installer with over 30 years experience.

He is a long time writer for a number of different magazines such as Fine Homebuilding. Lane has a degree in design from Rhode Island School of Design, as well as one from Sophia in Japan. Lane is also a contributor to Fine Homebuilding Magazine as well as Journal of Light Construction. Tom and Lane have just finished the revised edition of their book in the BUILD LIKE A PRO series called WORKING with TILE, which combines both design with installation techniques.
